We do IT with Energy

Topic: Development of electromobility and support for electric vehicles

On April 1, 2019, we began work on the “We do IT with Energy” project, which focuses on the development of electromobility and supports the operation of electric vehicles. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

We have completed the “We do IT with Energy” project! Testing is now complete. You will soon be able to see the final version of our application, which supports the development of electromobility in our country.

Project title:
"We do IT with Energy - implementation of industrial research and experimental development work to develop a dynamic and optimal system for geolocating electric vehicle charging points based on individual driving style."

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis: I. Modern Economy, Measure: 1.2. Research, development, and innovation in enterprises.

Eligible project expenses: PLN 4,107,344.28

Funding: PLN 3,151,522.92

Implementation period: April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2021
Project goal:
The main goal of the project is to eliminate one of the identified barriers to the development of electromobility in Poland, resulting from the limited number of electric vehicle charging points (35 stations in the Silesian Voivodeship) by developing a dynamic and optimal system for geolocating electric vehicle charging points based on the individual user's driving style.

The project's product will contribute to a positive change in the attitudes of owners and users towards electric cars, thus increasing the likelihood of increased interest in purchasing them, which also means reducing harmful substances in the atmosphere.

The research results will be implemented into the entrepreneur's business operations.
Genetic algorithm optimizing production management

Subject: Research and development work on the development and application of a genetic algorithm to optimize production management

This project is being implemented under the European Regional Development Fund. Optimal production planning will result in improved product utilization and reduced waste. It will also reduce environmental pressure by increasing equipment utilization efficiency, which will increase energy efficiency, and lead to reduced water consumption.

By incorporating artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT), the system will be an intelligent learning system and, using algorithms, will enable long-term production planning and organization, taking into account trends in consumer needs and environmental changes.

Funding: PLN 2,983,843.59

Total project value: PLN 4,026,799.04

Project implementation period: December 1, 2021 – November 30, 2023

Project goal:
The system is a response to the industry's needs in terms of optimizing production management, taking into account variables resulting from the delivery date of a specific batch of customer orders, adjusted to the delivery date.
An intelligent system for managing a fleet of electric vehicles

Topic: Research and development to develop an intelligent system for managing electric vehicle fleets and charging stations to optimize maintenance costs and enable businesses to adopt low-emission transport.

This project is being funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The project will develop a decision-making model for transitioning and investing in vehicle charging systems, along with a business model and economic analyses that will support business decisions regarding maintaining and/or developing, or abandoning, charging systems.

The system will stimulate decision-making regarding the purchase of electric vehicles by companies with fleets and using them rationally in their business operations, taking into account the company’s needs.

Funding: PLN 3,040,962.79

Total project value: PLN 4,019,513.29

Project implementation period: December 1, 2021 – November 30, 2023

Project goal:
The project involves developing a management model for charging stations and an electric vehicle charging system, taking into account the business needs of customers.

Charging station and electric vehicle fleet management models available on the market are designed for customers who have decided to invest in electric vehicle charging.
Purchase of servers and specialized software

Subject: Purchasing servers and software as a necessary element of developing enterprise competitiveness

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship.

Eligible project expenses: PLN 772,493.56

Funding: PLN 656,619.52

Agreement signing date: February 4, 2021

Project goal:
The aim of the project is to purchase specialized software and servers that will enable the applicant's SME employees to acquire new skills, as they are at risk of inactivity during the pandemic. Our company's operations include providing services to companies in the catering and hospitality sectors, as well as broadly defined personal services, including operating cash registers and other electronic devices such as food slicers.

The applicant plans to purchase the necessary software to:

- develop new products and services for the aforementioned industries,
- communicate remotely with customers,
- enable SME employees to acquire skills related to remote customer and device support,
- prepare the company for remote work without the limitations the company recently encountered during the pandemic.
Purchase and delivery of servers along with the necessary software
