A production company specialising in heating installation materials faced difficulties with efficient planning and correct settlement of production staff time. Employee rotations compounded management challenges in maintaining accurate formal accounting.

Solution

1 We implemented a comprehensive system for planning and settlement of working time with manager functions: employee roster with contract details, daily attendance tracking, work schedule planning, monitoring alerts and consent management.

2 The manager section includes an employee list with personal data, contract details and declarations, an attendance list with record editing capability, and work schedule planning starting from series selection and date entry – approved data generates an editable schedule draft.

3 Employee features include personal information access, attendance register viewing, consent documentation review, leave balance monitoring and leave request submission.

4 Core functionality covers planning tools with automated outline generation, Labour Code compliance validation, monthly implementation reporting, settlement verification, data export to accounting systems and wage calculation integration.

Results

Full compliance with current labour law regulations, automated settlement processes eliminating manual verification, data export to accounting systems, and simplified work schedule planning for managers.

The result of planning and recorded attendance is an implementation report checking the correctness of each employee’s settlement – with appropriate marking of overtime and unworked hours. At month end the validation mechanism verifies all data and sends a report to the designated email address. After eliminating errors, synchronisation with Comarch ERP Optima takes place and wages are calculated.
