Solution
1 We developed an online HR portal with role-based functionality enabling employees to download payslips, PIT, RMUA and other documents, and view their personal data.
2 Employees can download payslips, PIT, RMUA and other documents prepared for general information (communications, documents for download), and view their own personal data.
3 System administrators can edit employee data, import employees from files, add documents for download and distribution, and access activity logs for audit purposes.

New employee data is imported from the ERP system, enabling very rapid account creation. Personal data protection is at the highest level, ensuring the security of sensitive employee documentation. The administrator has full visibility of activity logs, guaranteeing transparency and control over all operations in the system.
