Our history
1991
The company is founded. We soon become one of the leading distributors of fiscal and catering equipment for businesses.
1999
We are expanding our offer to include IT systems for retail stores and software for the catering industry.
2002
We establish cooperation with Comarch and begin implementing ERP systems for companies.
2008
We are implementing an ERP system in South Africa. This marks the beginning of our collaboration with international clients in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe.
2009
We are launching our own assistance department for customers who have Comarch software.
2011
We join the Family Business Foundation and the Family Business Initiative.
2013
We exceed 100 employees: developers, business analysts, project managers, testers, consultants, administrative staff, technical staff and managers.
2015
In Katowice, we are opening a software house creating dedicated mobile, web, and desktop applications.
2016
We support over 6,000 clients on 5 continents.
2017
We are opening a branch in the USA.
2018
We are transforming the company into a joint-stock company in which we employ over 200 people.
2019
We're opening a branch in Gdańsk, our seventh in Poland. We already serve over 9,500 clients!
2020
We have implemented ISO 9001:2015 within the company, which confirms the compliance of our services with the international standard specifying requirements for quality management.
2021
We're entering our third decade of operation! Over the past 30 years, we've transformed from a small business selling fiscal and catering equipment into a leading technology company, serving thousands of customers worldwide.

Jakub Imosa CEO
A graduate of the University of Economics and an MBA, he gained experience at every level of the company during his more than twenty-year career at Kotrak S.A., gaining intimate knowledge of the company. In his free time, he practices triathlon and is a fan of rock music.
Irena Kurdziel Vice President of the Management Board for Finance
Founder of the company, which she began running in the 1990s. Winner of numerous business awards, she is active in charitable endeavors, supporting young entrepreneurs with her knowledge and experience. She spends her free time exploring new countries and cultures.
Tomasz Brodziak Vice President of the Management Board for Sales
He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a graduate of the Upper Silesian University of Economics, the Poznań School of Banking, and the University of Economics in Katowice. He is a fan of rock music, a healthy lifestyle, and swimming.
Andrzej Kurdziel Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and co-founder of the Kotrak company, which he introduced to the Polish market together with his wife. He is a lover of long journeys and a fan of fantasy, both literary and film.

Charity events
We regularly participate in charity events such as the Katowice Business Run and Szlachetna Paczka. Together with our strategic client, we support the Alpe d'Huzes Foundation, which conducts research into the treatment and control of cancer.
