A multinational manufacturing company needed an IT solution that would support their inventory process, optimise production and streamline document workflows. Their existing ERP system lacked the necessary functional extensions, and paper-based document workflows were causing inefficiencies.

Every software deployment started with employee training at each location. We conducted consultations for managers, accounting staff and headquarters employees.

We continue to provide support services, guaranteeing problem resolution within defined time frames and maintaining continuous communication through our ticketing system.

Solution
1 We conducted a thorough analysis of the client's needs and designed a dedicated inventory application for material tracking with individual batch numbering at warehouse receipt.
2 We developed a production optimisation interface enabling batch number assignment via mobile app during manufacturing stages.
3 We implemented a workflow software module for document management and process automation – scanning physical documents converts them into the digital workflow system.
